 * i’m unable to find something like this that will reorder the Plugins on the PLugins
   page.
 * have you considered it? It hasn’t been done yet.

 * i’ve always wished i could group my plugins in the Installed Plugins page, and
   put the ones I use a lot at the top, the least used ones at the bottom…

 * I thought Simple Posts Order was a way to drag and drop posts to a different 
   order on the All Posts page.
