    This seems to be because your theme loads an old version of the jQuery UI JavaScript library, which causes problems for the tooltip script my plugin uses.

    Unfortunately, without being able to take a look at the theme files, it’s difficult to suggest a fix or workaround. If you’re willing to send me your theme’s header.php and functions.php files, I should hopefully be able to figure something out.

    Just to follow up here; this was resolved by replacing the old version of jQuery UI included with the theme with the latest version.
