  • please anyone 🙂

    it will help if you post a URL – makes it less theoretical

    sure – you can see here:

    my request is in regards to the underline hover effect – not the block fill…

    The underline under “elements” is coming from
    http://wp-themes.com/wp-content/themes/neutica/css/colors.css
    (line 33)

    a:hover, .entry-content ul#archives-page li h3, .post .thePic .attachment-thumbnail:hover, .sidebar h3, #commentform input, #commentform textarea, .input-text, textarea, #commentform #submit, #searchform #s, #searchform #searchsubmit, #error404-s, #error404-searchsubmit, #commentform input, #commentform textarea, .input-text, textarea, #searchform #s, #error404-s, input, #noresults-searchsubmit {
    border-bottom:5px solid #241C0F;
    }

    Because of the way your theme CSS is constructed, if you just remove the border, the effect will be everything jumping up 5 pixels. pretty strange. I suggest you change the hover bottom border to the same yellow as the backgound – #f2e950 The hover effect will still be there but you won’t see it as it will match the backgound.

    If there are any other underlines you refer to that I missed, post back.
