# Hover from hell

 * I’m using the noteskine theme. I replaced the menu with text links inside the
   wordpress post. The problem is there is a hover that I can not seem to get rid
   of. I not an expert but I have tried a ton of different ways to get rid of it
   and nothing works.
 * If someone would please give this a look I would really appreciate it.

   The menu consists of “about food catering contact” thats where the hover is.

 * try and add this via a child theme or custom CSS plugin:
 * `.entry-content a:hover { background-color: transparent; }`

 * I tried that with both in the css and with a css plug in. Doesn’t work.

 * clear the browser cache – with ‘reload’ or ‘CTRL F5’
