Hotmail / Live.com are blocked?

hi there .. 1st i would say this is a KILLERTOOL!!! but as i noted since i installed the plugin before 2 weeks i got 88 pending users wich didnt recive the confirmation link. as i saw 95% of them used hotmail/live.com is there are way to fix this?
