 * Started a system design from scratch, XAMPP 3.2.2, Divi 3.0, & WooCommerce 2.6.4
   on localhost.
    Have added all my products and images and now am to the point
   of adding hotlinks to company info pages. If I add the links through Visual Builder,
   while VisB is active the links are also active. When I go back to the standard
   web display they become inactive even though they are still underlined and at
   least appear to be hotlinks.
 * httpd.conf has the hash removed from the mod_rewrite
    Settings>General WordPress&
   Site Address fields both refer to [http://localhost](http://localhost) stop&restart
   of Apache has been done accordingly.

 * SOLVED:
    I don’t know why this would cause a hotlink problem, but I had an extra
   <div> in the text module. Once that was removed the links work fine. At least
   on this first page. I suspect attention to editing may make a functionality difference.
