There’s nothing anyone here can do about that.
WordPress is the software they use and this is the support for for that. Anyone can download & use WordPress on their own server.
Try contacting the people who own/run the site.

That error is because you’ve been placed in their comment blacklist. Ask them to remove you.

Since December 14 2011 I have been a registered commenter in my own name John W Stevenson on http://www.hotair.com describing itself as the leading conservative online reportage site and I have commented on a number of articles they published online the first one about Donald Trump canceling an interview I posted the comment Nothing wrong with Donald Trump and I posted on other articles several times since.
Today I submitted a comment and they did not publish it nor explain why not.
I submitted a separate comment asking how their Preview feature worked as it seems one cannot edit one’s proposed comment using it.
The page then flashed solid white to me with one sentence at the top You are not allowed to comment.
There was no explanation.
Someone I asked about this thinks it is a “mistake”.
Please correct this situation so I may continue to comment without being excluded.
