hosting wordpress under another wordpress

    under 1 virtualhost, does anyone know of any issues with hosting a main wordpress and then another full installation under it ?

    example:

    /public_html/
    —–wordpress <= exmaple.com
    ———wordpress <= exmaple.com/secondary

    (each would have a different database)
