Hi could anyone please advise on a fix or edit to Contact Form 7.
We currently took over the hosting of this wordpress site: http://www.pdfmatch.co.uk
The site works fine, but there is a page where users can register.
First they have to tick a box to say they’ve read the terms, then on ticking the box and pressing ‘Continue’ they’re directed to a Registration form.
How it used to work is this form was filled out and then we’d receive an email notifying us which box they’d ticked from the previous page and what they’d filled in on the form.
What now happens instead though is that when a box is ticked and continue is pressed we receive a blank email.
Then the form is filled in and we get an email with just this:
Registration Confirmation Thank you for registering. Here are your login details: --- Username: testtest Password: testtest
None of the other fields field in are shown and we don’t know which box has been ticked.
Could anyone please help fix this or advise. We can supply login details if this helps to diagnose the problem?
