Hosting Second Website on my Account

Hi,

I have hosting with Siteground on its GoGeek plan. It says I can host multiple websites on my account. However when talking to their support they said having more than one website on the account could cause SSL conflicts as the hosting package only has one SSL certificate. I’m rather confused as to what issues this could cause?
