# Hosting question

 * I currently have a blog at wordpress.com. My website is [http://www.karenstauffer.com](http://www.karenstauffer.com)
   and is hosted at bludomain.com. I want to be able to use the plugins available
   for wordpress blogs but from what I understand they dont work on my blog at wordpress.
   com.
    I dont want to pay for MORE hosting. Suggestions?

 * You should be able to use any of the plugins. Log into the admin panel of your
   wordpress site and click on “plugins”. If you have already found a plugin that
   you want to use, you can simply upload and activate it from there, or you can
   search using a key word of the kind of plugin that you want to use which will
   give you a selection of plugins that do what you are looking for. Then, you can
   select one of those and install and activate it from there.
 * There is no reason to pay for any more hosting. Your post mentioned where your
   website was hosted, but when I go to that address, I see another website of a
   photographer, so it looks like you are just piggy-backing off of someone else’s
   hosting account. That is fine, but, if that is the case, you still should have
   access to the admin area of your own wordpress site.
