    Hello, I am kind of a newbie here and I am needing some clarification.

    Okay, so I am setting up an wordpress, e-commerce site and I know that I am wanting to use Stripe for my merchant. The problem is, is that when I am looking at hosting for my website they say that they have their own merchant account and payment gateways. My question is; Do I have to use the merchant account that my Host (I was looking at ipage) provides for me? And will I have any issues integrating Stripe with any host that i decide to use?

    I don’t think that there should be an issue but that sounds like something you’d want to ask the hosting provider before you buy.
