Support » Plugin: Widgets for Google Reviews » Hosting Locally (GDPR)

  • Hi there,

As a German user i have to be able to host my files locally without using CDN as it is risky whether it’s in Europe or somewhere else. So i looked at the old support tickets related to this and 4 months ago you guys have responded that you will look into this but i can tell that update never came. The thing is in your website it also says that you guys GDPR complaint but that doesn’t matter for European court as google also says they are complaint with GDPR but we all know that’s not the case so can you please consider this request so as Europeans we can use this plugin for our websites and our clients. Thanks.

    Hello there,

I also want to address this problem. I think there are a lot of people looking towards this problem. I managed to copy the inlcuded .js file and host it locally but there are also request for the assets like the star symbol. Would be nice to fix this.
