Odd. The skip button wasn’t there when I tried to uninstall.
May be you didn’t notice skip button previously.
Actually, it is there since the beginning when I introduced pro version of plugin and implemented plugin deactivation popup to get user feedback to improve plugin.
You can also test it by downloading the previous version of plugin from the below page.
