If it’s installed, you don’t need to do anything else. Why are you using DreamHost AND BlueHost? What is your domain name? Have you followed:

What have you done so far?
Let me clarify – I tried DreamHost after BlueHost wouldn’t accept me. I’m currently signed up with DreamHost, but utilizing the 1 step installation of WordPress.org is an issue.
My problem is that I’ve NEVER installed WordPress.org so I don’t know where that information coming from. My WordPress.com domain is chictoronto.com.
I’ve literally done nothing but sign with DreamHost. I’m trying to download WP.org to move forward.
Have you done this?
http://wiki.dreamhost.com/WordPress_Install
Did you use a temporary URL?
BlueHost told me my domain name was already registered to another account, thus installation process wouldn’t start. I’ve never signed with BlueHost.
So I moved over to DreamHost.
DreamHost accepted my domain name. DreamHost tells me that WP.org is already installed. I’ve never installed WP.org.
DreamHost (hi) has a one-click installer, if that’s what you mean, and it looks like you used it.
chictoronto.com however is still pointing to Automattic’s name servers. You’d need to change those to ns1.dreamhost.com and ns2.dreamhost.com to point to us.
Got it. Will try that.
I’m checking the WP.org download again. Will be back.
