Horrible. They refuse to do ANYTHING about the thousands of issues

Plugin has hundreds of complaints and issues in the forums, and all they do is tell you to email them, and then they do nothing to resolve the flaws in the plugin. Hence the 2 star average reviews. What a disaster. Additionally, our hosting company, Cloudways, found that this plugin is the #1 resource hog on their entire server, using over 10 times the CPU of any other plugin on our website. After 3 years of attempting to use this plugin, it has crashed our entire website over 3,000 times. Cloudways hosting says:
“This plugin developer needs to rewrite this entire plugin with best-practices. It must asynchronously queue API calls instead of running them during normal admin actions; this is best practice, and they are not doing it; they should have done this before releasing this plugin to the public.”
