• I been trying the pro version and it didn’t meet my expectations so I requested a refund since 21 Jan 2022. Until now they don’t even do anything and keep stalling the process. Even though they state on their website that

    We’ll gladly provide a refund if it’s requested within 30 days of purchase.”

    I feel like this company doesn’t do as they promised.

    So please avoid this so you don’t have to be on the same spot as me.

    As there was another ticket in communication with you we had to hold off processing the refund straight away. After confirmation, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process the same.
