Horrible Support for Premium Users too

    I am paid user of this plugin. If you install it may work or may don’t. If you are lucky and works you will not have any help from the support for any modification you need for your website. Other free plugin support is much better. Four times i didn’t receive any reply in my email.

    Hi @mpantogi,

    We reply to every email we receive. We use Help Scout for support, and sometimes emails get dropped because Google or someone else along the route thinks they are spam.

    Please forward the emails you sent to inbox at soflyy dot com so we can take a look and figure out why we didn’t receive your messages.
