  • I was so excited after I talked to the salesperson. But when I ran into issues with importing, I got horrible response from support. And it seems their support documentation isn’t very organized as the was a page that might have been helpful (it wasn’t) but it was only discovered after the salesperson sent it to me.

    If I’m going to pay $100 a month, I expect instant or at least same day support when there is an issue. This didn’t have it.

    For the record, I’ve never received better support from anyone than I got from the author and team of this plug-in. I’m sure you’ll get satisfaction if you give them the opportunity. and no, I’m not related to, nor do I work for them.
