  • I bought the plugin and it didn’t work on the site I needed it to. There was a conflict somewhere and I spent 5 (five!!) days emailing back and forth with their support staff. They never solved the problem. They take ZERO responsibility for anything. Unless you’re a developer who can spend time analyzing your site looking for why someone’s plugin doesn’t work, I say stay away. I totally got taken.

    The other (more positive) way to look at this is that they spent 5 days trying to help you fix an issue.

    Hahaha, yeah sure. You can also say that a more positive way to look at a horrible customer experience is to let others know what happened so they don’t get taken.
