    Bought pootle press for a client site and he hated it. Cancelled auto renew and still got billed.

    No return emails asking for support

    After 10+ years of using WordPress this has been the worst experience ever.

    We’ve just checked and we can’t find any support ticket from you?

    Please note that the licence management for our commercial plugins is handled by Freemius and they always send out notifications of renewals prior to the renewal ticking over, with a link to cancel the renewal. If you contact support they’ll be able to check whether your renewal email was sent.

    If you cancelled the auto-renewal then the billing would have been stopped by Freemius, but contact support with your licence details and they can double check for you.

    Please could you refrain from making unsubstantiated personal attacks on me on public forums like this. As a result, I’m going to have to ask the wordpress team to investigate.
