    You used a fake email on Paypal and my site. Of course Paypal flagged you. Then you didn’t respond to the ticket you created on my support portal. I would have been able to help you if you would communicate. Also this is a review for the lite version of the plugin. Not where your misinformed and completely misrepresented rant about purchasing the plugin should go. Wow man. Great job using this as your form of communication instead of actually trying to resolve the issue.

    Also I plainly told you Paypal was the one holding the process up. I don’t control the way they do things. Yet I get a one star?

    As I said, I contacted PayPal and they said there’s nothing they can do.

    I contacted you and you said there’s nothing you can do.

    What more could I possibly do to resolve the issue other than charge back with my bank?

    Paypal totally thinks you are a spam user. And you never mentioned to me that you even tried to reach out to them. It was just radio silence. I’m going to get on the phone with them. There is no excuse why they should take this long to get back to anyone. And if they release the hold it will prompt my site to send the keys.

    This feedback has nothing to do with the pro version because I was never able to use it.

    I’m over it, I’ve moved on.

    Reached out to Paypal and they said they could not do anything yet. Which I agree is stupid and I let them have it. But you need to understand that none of that was my doing and definitely did not warrant a one star rating on the “free” version of the plugin. If you change your mind about wanting the pro version let me know. I’ll be here. My support is usually prompt unlike Paypal.

    That doesn’t matter at all. All of your customers who started with the lite version are invited to leave a review about that experience here.

    There are no customers here, just opensource users of code. There are no companies here, just people who have contributed their opensource code and time. Commercial, pro, refund or even pre-sales conversations have no place in these forums. Even people who are paid or compensated by someone are not company representatives here. They are volunteers supporting the contribution of code on this site.

    The one exception is reviews. When a plugin or theme upsells either here or in the user’s dashboard then that feedback is permitted.

    Any customers for a “pro” version or services related to this plugin or they got there from here are invited to leave a review related to this plugin, premium or not.

    This review and the replies are all valid and will remain.

    Meant to leave this sooner. Paypal finally addressed the issue after being silent for 2 weeks. Thanks for the review Rob. Have a good one bud.
