    After having many difficulties using WooCommerce, I’ve not recieved ANY emails regarding orders that were placed on my site, & now I’ve logged into WooCommerce through WordPress, ALL OF MY ORDERS WERE CANCELLED & NO INFORMATION SHOWS – Even 2 new orders – & of course, no customer service / phone support, & when I submitted a ticket, it never went through & I’ve lost hundreds of dollars in business due to delays…. thanks WooCommerce

    You could email instead via the contact page, or post on this community support forum. There are other options beyond reviews..

    Sounds like your orders were not marked paid by whatever gateway you’re using. If the gateway does not update the order, after a time limit it will auto-cancel. It won’t refund any money however. You should look into the payment gateway you’re using and do your own test transactions to confirm.
