    This ticket was opened just several hours ago.

    This is from our site:

    Our office ours are 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. Please do not expect a reply on a weekend. We usually answer within 24 hours, but sometimes we get more tickets then we can handle and it could take 3-5 days to get a reply. We are working as fast as we could so please be patient.

    Yet, you have waited less then a day and then it’s “Horrible Customer Service”.

    I would like to have a full refund. I have read many forum entries, there are a lot of unhappy individuals. I don’t feel like waiting for you to put out an update. I paid $50 for a working product. The support department suggested I have a javascript error issue. I checked that and no errors. I am getting conflicting statements from you and the support.

    Just for your benefit, I toned down the language. I didn’t give you the benefit of the doubt. BUT, I am still wanting a refund. I am not wanting to wait for you to update the product.

    According to WordPress itself, plugin is actively used by more then 200000 people. There are no problems with the plugin and we don’t need to update it.

    We can make it work for you. Please check the ticket.

    I will do as the ticket requested. The statement about the plugin needing updated was told to me by one of your support staff.

    Are we still talking about NXS927202? I see only one reply there, suggesting to look for JavaScript errors, nothing about updates.
