Horrible Builder, Even Worse Support

I happened to choose Elementor as I had heard many fairly positive things about it, and it was one of the supported builders in a theme I had for a personal project of mine. It was soon clear that I had to purchase Elementor Pro to gain access to some things like global elements, which is fair enough. However, what isn’t ‘fair enough’, is the fact that every single time there’s an update, the website either stops working completely, or something breaks. I’ve never seen such a poorly optimised and supported builder in my decade of building websites and pages (with and without builders & themes). Also, from looking at their official responses to other people’s issues it’s more than clear that they don’t give a toss about whether their builder is compatible with all the themes out there – that’s not their issue. I did ask for a refund because it was unusable in its current form and was denied a refund for Elementor Pro… Funny how it’s somehow legal to sell something that doesn’t work, and just blame everyone and everything else. Very class act of a business model guys. Keep it up! 👍
