Horrible bugs with each version and delayed support

    I am with Timely for quite some time now. First it was the horrible slowness of the plugin, then after months of waiting version 2.0 was out and worked fine.

    I continued using it because of the Facebook Connect plugin that was released in v2. It is a plugin which is now almost useless after Facebook released their new API (v2).

    Support is lame and it looks like this one is going down.

    Look how much complaints had to be raised before the support staff said a word and a half:

    And still, I have no clue what to look forward to. Will the add-on prevail the API changes? Should I look for alternatives? I am running a live community-serving website, not some personal hobby blog.

    Last version crashed the calendar and threw lots of errors for so many users.

    Since I bought Timely AI1EC, I can’t remember a time where everything just worked as it should have. As it was stated to. The 70$ I paid are now just a minor cost considering all the time spent to deal with issues.
