    Please ensure you have signed into the Timely network on the settings page of your calendar, or you will not be able to create the support ticket.

    You can display a Featured Events widget using several different views, with various options to filter, custom filters, and sizes, depending on the version of the calendar you are using. Feel free to create a support ticket and myself or another Support staff member will help you with your sidebar, as well as customization options to make your calendar look awesome.

    Our goal is to make sure every user feels they are receiving 5-star service — let us know what else we can do for you to change your mind.

    This is exact the problem. No preferences of the plugin do respond at all.
    Every event I make, is automatically scheduled in the past (today), so there is no event showen on the website anymore.

    That’s probably why I can’t find a ticket.

    It would normally work, if you used the login from when you originally downloaded the calendar or addons… Ok, no worries, please email your website information and any relevant info to labs@time.ly and we’ll go from there. This will also create a ticket.
