I paid for the upgrade. They charged my credit card twice. (Double charge) and then the email with the download links failed to work.
I email the company fill out the service request form and nothing.
I was hopeful this product would work great, but it’s hard to give a positive review when they charge you twice for something, send you links that don’t work, and then don’t respond quickly to the requests for help.
If they can fix this, I’ll let you know, but this definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
