    I purchased the Pro version because it had a feature I wanted and only the pro version had it. This plugin never worked correctly. I had MANY programmers try to fix it since the support from Cozmoslabs couldn’t be worse. It would take them a minimum of 3-5 days to answer any emails. Even then, they always said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. I sent screen shots and text from customers and they never could rectify the problem. The problems were since day one.

    Customers would be logged into my site, and the site would alert them to LOG IN, yet the next line below stated they were already LOGGED IN!

    I have asked them for a refund, and what a surprise, I haven’t heard back from them at all. It’s been about 3 days at this point. I have lost many customers and if I didn’t make a move, I would be going out of business because people couldn’t read content, although they were already signed in. Frustrating and horrible experience with this company

    It would appear that there was something special regarding your setup, something that even our development team could not figure out.
