Hello – I run a fairly simple WP site. Just recently, I noticed that the horizontal nav bar disappeared from view. If you hover over it with your mouse pointer, it appears, and the links are all active, but the nav bar itself is not visible until you do so. I searched the forum and found the suggestion to disable all plugins, which I did, and I cleared my browser history and reloaded the site and it didn’t get corrected. I have tested this on Chrome and IE, on a PC. I have also viewed the site with my Safari mobile, and the nav bar is gone on that device as well. This is quite frustrating and I’m sure I’ll start getting questions soon. Does anyone have any thoughts as to what might have happened?
    thanks
PS – I did enter a Google Maps API key on the dashboard on Monday Jan 8th. Once I entered the key it disappeared and I don’t know where WP stored it. I can’t imagine that is related but thought I’d mention it. All of the plug ins and WP itself are up to date.
    Wendy
