 * Thank you very much for the amazing plugin!
 * We would like to have the horizontal form face for our survey –– is that supported
   in the WordPress plugin?
 * I could only set the autoscroll form face, but could not figure out the horizontal
   one.

 * In the Style settings you can select the scroll direction of your autoscroll 
   form: vertical or horizontal.
