 * How would I go about creating a simple horizontal form? I basically want it to
   look like this:
 * [Name] [Email] [Submit]
 * Here’s an example:

 * Hi,
 * you can easily create a form like this with code like the following:
 *     ```
       [text* your-name]First Name[/text*]
       [email* your-email]Email Address[/email*]
       [submit "GO"]
       ```
 * The most important part though is to go to the “Additional Settings” tab and
   enter a new line there:
    `layout:inline`
 * This should create the markup you need.
 * That code in the Form field and “layout:inline” in the Additional Settings tab
   makes the form like the following:
 * First Name*
    [First Name] Email Address* [Email Address] [Send]
 * What could be causing it to not go horizontal (3 columns basically)? I also tried“
   layout:horizontal” but it still has each box in its own row.
 * I’m not sure why that does not work for you, maybe another plugin is conflicting
   with it, or some other CSS styles might be overriding it. Was the code I posted
   above the only thing you entered for the shortcode? When I did that, it worked
   seamlessly.
 * Btw note that `layout:inline` is definitely the correct way. `layout:horizontal`
   means that the form fields’ labels will be displayed on the left hand side of
   their fields. When using `layout:inline`, the labels should not be displayed
   at all, but rather be transformed into placeholders inside of those fields.
 * I would need some more information about your implementation to help you here.
   Do you have some kind of test site set up where I can look at the actual site?
 * Hi again,
 * okay I found the problem. It seems that your theme is not using [Bootstrap](http://getbootstrap.com/),
   therefore the default form styles are not applied at all.
 * As stated on the plugin page, this plugin was created specifically for themes
   that rely on Bootstrap. It does not work properly if you use another CSS framework
   or none at all.
 * Sorry, I need to correct my above answer. I see you’re using a somehow customized
   version of Bootstrap. Some of its features are missing, for example I can’t find
   the `form_inline` class anywhere. You need to use a full version of Bootstrap.
   Of course you can customize it, but not remove (essential) parts of it.
