I logged in to check my Jetpack stats, and saw Jetpack was no longer connected to its WordPress.com account. I attempted to connect it again, and it seems all stats, data and subscribers (!!!) are gone. For some reason I thought updating to the newest version might help, and still the same problem.

Trying to not freak out. Has any one had this problem and come out of it with your old subscribers?? Any ideas?

**I have sent Jetpack an email about this through the support form and haven’t yet received a response. 🙁

Stats and subscribers are attached to your site URL, so you can rest assured: they did not disappear. However, if you used a different site URL in the past, disconnecting and reconnecting to WordPress.com may have create a new Jetpack site ID, and your Stats may not be linked to the correct ID anymore.

I would invite you to contact us via the support forum so I can have a closer look, but since you already did you should receive a reply soon! 🙂
