Hoping simple fix

    I added this to the page for the theme, but I had already emailed the designer with no response.

    On the blog page, where the blogs are truncated, it notes, “VEIW MORE.” Yes, veiw instead of view. I am not as familiar with WP as I’d like so I’m hoping the community might be able to assist. I did check all of the CSS files but did not see anything there.

    I appreciate any help.

    search your theme’s templates, for example functions.php, etc.

    I see the ‘veiw’ as part of the index.php of your theme probably in the loop code.

    So look in the theme files and see if that’s where that mistake is. If I’m right and it’s in the loop you’ll only see it once. Fix that one occurrence there and all should be good.

    I see the search box is hidden by the 1st set of social media icons. Since they are repeated in the sidebar I’d just get rid of the ones up in the header area. That will give you that all-important working search box. And you’ll still have the social buttons prominently in the sidebar. They both are important really.

    Thank you both. I’m not thinking. I didn’t go into the themes folder to search.

    It was located in the theme folder, /template-parts/content.php

    Thank you also JNH for noticing the search was blocked. The client wants the floating links, but I can move them.
