I saw this review and felt you may need some non-technical advice.
When I first began working with WordPress, I found that Youtube videos were the best help. It doesn’t take long before you’ll see how easy WordPress is to work with.
I started out using Microsoft’s Webmatrix when learning all of the website stuff because it automatically set things up for you so you could play around with the stuff on your local computer. You could see how things were going to work without having to be online all of the time and you can easily save things as you go just in case you mess it up.
As far a WPL goes, I got in on this plugin close to the beginning. I tormented the authors into making this plugin do exactly what we wanted and they have done an excellent job.
Before purchasing any product, see how things work with the free version first. If you can handle the free version, the pro version is a snap. Realtyna has done an fantastic job at making their software user friendly. Making all of the adjustments and fine tuning to get the perfect look can seem a bit overwhelming, but in time it will all make sense.
As far as support goes, I have never had a major issue. In the beginning, it was a learning process for Realtyna and myself. I must say I trained them well. I can be a bit picky and a stickler for doing things the right way. I believe they have just about perfected the process. I kinda miss not being their guinea pig testing out their products.
Look at their website, read the knowledge base and play with the demo. The WordPress support section should answer most of your questions. You already know they are quick to resolve any issues.
I recognized what features the pro version has to offer and purchased the pro version early in development. I like the professional look of their theme. My only complaint is that some of the features originally offered in the pro version have been removed and are now sold separately. I get that they are in business to make money, but by doing this, I believe it has hurt their sales.
For anyone reading this review, I personally feel one star is really unfair. When you look at all that is being offered for free, this really is the best real estate plugin. Hopefully, tawinr will give it another chance and update this review.
