Hooks for theme using content wrapper

I am using the core theme and have problems integrating woocommerce into my theme.

The theme uses content wrappers and I am not sure how to set the hooks in functions.php.
e.g. my page http://www.weitwinkel.com/der-fotograf/
uses
<div class=”page_caption”> …
and
<div id=”content_wrapper”> …

before the main content.

Any advice on how to integrate woocommerce into my theme?
