Hook for Customizing the “Privacy Checkbox” Text

Hello Marcel,

I am using Gwolle Guestbook version 4.8.1, and I would like to modify the text of the “Privacy Checkbox” to be in German. The default text is displayed in English, but I want to change it to make it more understandable for my German-speaking users.

Could you please provide me with the correct hook name (e.g., “gwolle_gb_privacy_checkbox_text”) or instructions on how to modify the “Privacy Checkbox” text in the latest version of Gwolle Guestbook?

Currently the German translation is not 100% complete:

Would you care to help in translating and bringing it up to 100%?
There is a German translation team that you could talk to, you could even become the Editor for the German translation.

What you could do is already add some translations for the plugin. They can then see your work and might suggest some improvements.

Hi Marcel,

I tried, but the guidelines are very strict, which is good for the project, but unfortunately I don’t have the resources for that.

So I found a “quick and dirty” solution to my problem.

I think the plugin is great and thank you for the free version, which works wonderfully in its basic form.
