Honeypot breaks CF7 on my website
-
On my contact page, made with CF7 (V5.3.2) on my WordPress Website (V5.6.1) I use Honeypot (V1.14.1) to filter spambots.
However since a while I seem to have a problem with it. A few days ago, a spam mail came through (I’m not sure though if sent by a human or a bot), but the real problem is: When someone wants to fill out the contact form and send it, he gets an error message (“Error filling out the form! Please check your entries and try again.”)
If I remove the honeypot tag, the form is back to normal.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Here are the other plugins I use:
- All in One SEO
Cachify
Gridzy Image Gallery
ImageMagickEngine
MediaLibraryFolders
Statify
Updraft Plus
WebP Converter
Thanks
