Honestly the best so far

I have many plugins, including the top 5 paid and rated, directory plugins for WordPress. This one is hands down the most versatile, easy to setup and use and includes the most essential Import/Export tools in it’s free offering. I have to say that it outperforms many of the leading paid Directory plugins and I am quite thankful for the developer offering this to use for free.

Now for support: Haven’t needed it but the followup from the Owner of the plugin has been great and my feedback is being looked at and maybe even utilized. Either way, I have had more conversation in a short period of time since speaking with Dave than I have with paid support on other plugins. (Not speaking of just Directory plugins here)
