Homepage reads the CSS in IE, but other pages don’t

Hello everyone, I’m a little stumped here and appreciate any help anyone can offer…

I am in the process of working on a blog for my family, and (as I’m sure you’ve all ready 1000000 times) it works perfectly in FF and in Safari, but not in IE.

The wacky thing is, the homepage works perfectly in IE, but the other pages don’t… The header is way off alignment, the images don’t have any border colors, the entire page is supposed to be in the center but seems to be pretty far off to the left.

Now, I have almost 0 knowledge of code or CSS or anything else, I just have a decent understanding of changing existing code. So I must have done something wrong to the old theme and just can’t figure it out. If you can help, I would reeeeally appreciate it!
