Homepage post summary thumbnail different size

    I’m a complete newbie to WP and I have started to build a demo site.
    http://guildfordexecutivecars.cloudaccess.host/

    I can not for the life of me workout why I’m experiencing this issue. I’ve set featured images to my posts. Why is 1 thumbnail image a different size. Can someone please help me resolve this issue. Many thanks in advance

    That’s because they are in different sizes, the first one is 370 *229 and the next two is 370 * 219

    Yeah I had figured that out but I have not set the sizes for any of the thumbnails. Where do I set the size of a thumbnail. In the media setting the sizes are the same. Thanks again.

    You need to edit the images on your computer and then re-upload them

    Thanks. It turns out the other 2 images were the same size coincidentally. The original size of the 2 images that are same was a lot bigger but the same. Hence why I thought there was another setting g I perhaps had to change.

    So it turns out the images sizes have to be the same in order for their size to be reduced to the same proportion in the thumbnails.

    So what is the thumbnail setting under media for in that case? Thanks again
