HomePage not cached when used Disk Enhanced mode

    I have 4 different blogs and the homepage is not cached when I use Disc Enhanced.
    To make it works I have to use Disk Basic mode.

    With previous versions I’ve never had this issue.

    Now I want to understand the difference between Page Caching Disk Basic versus Enhanced.
