Hi,
What do you have as content on your home page? is it a blog, a page, a post?

Hi,
Thank you for answering so fast!
Content on the home page is made of one banner image and woocommerce items displayed by shortcodes (new products, weekly selection, product categories…). Plus of course links to other content about company, etc. There isn’t any long text there: that’s why meta information is key.
Cheers.
OK thanks for those information, but talking about WordPress configuration, the home page is setup as blog or as WordPress page (with shortcode, banner…)?

It is set up as a WordPress page. Also it is set in “reading settings” at “Front page displays: a static page”. FYI I use my own storefront childtheme. Thank you for your patience! 🙂
No problem.
OK and where did you fill the meta info for the home page? in the global settings of the plugin or in the page itself (better in this case)?

All right, it’s working now! I’ve previously entered the meta info on the “WP Meta SEO global settings” of the plugin. Thought it was the right thing to do. Guess it’s not.
Please feel free to point me to any available ressources about the plugin, so I do my homework better next time. 😉
Thanks again for your help.
No problem, both should have worked though 😉 The global settings for the home page meta is more for website with a blog an home page.

OK great! If you have 2 minutes it would have been very kind to drop us a review here 🙂
