Which ecommerce plugin are you using?
Do you want to add perhaps just a few featured products, random products, a few specific products, or do you want the home page to be the shop page?

I am using woocommerce.
I would like to add some featured or best selling products to my main page.
Ok, WooCommerce comes with a good selection of shortcodes. For example to show a row of 4 featured products, use:
[featured_products per_page=”4″ columns=”4″]

But how do I import or manage to see in my HomePage Layout Manager?
Can I still use the slider?
At Admin page > Appearance > Theme Options > Home Layout > Homepage Layout Manager: ensure “Page Content” is enabled.
Create a page called Home or whatever in the list of pages. The page content to contain the shortcode and anything else.
In Admin page > Appearance > Customize > Static front page, ensure the dropdown is set to your Home page.
I would expect the slider to work but I haven’t tried that specific setup.
