# Homepage down?

 * I’d like to purchase the pro version, but the website has been in maintenance
   mode for a while now. A bit discomforting to know, if I have issues with the 
   purchase.
 * When can we expect the homepage to be working again? I have a few questions I’d
   like answered before I purchase.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   As you are their potential customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting
   you there.
