Homepage does not show snippet on whatsapp link

Hello Yoast SEO support forum!

We’re having issue showing the meta snippet only of the Homepage http://www.emotion.club while all others work just fine. Help us understand how to solve such issue ok?

If you do not have an active premium subscription, could you please elaborate further on the issue here?

If possible, please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing. You can use any image sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it an image sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Hi Suwash!

Yes we somehow stopped seeing our snippet/meta while sharing our homepage link on Whatsapp.

We do see all other pages/posts except the homepage of our http://www.emotion.club

While all other sites show correctly. Please see our two other screenshots:

Just to clarify, you do have an active subscription for Yoast SEO Premium, right?

Please try clearing all your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser. If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors. If you want to clear cache from the server, please speak to your host provider. To clear the cache from a browser use this guide: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.

Remove and reupload the image.

We can confirm there’s no issue regarding Yoast output for og:image.
