I’m working on a client site. I want to edit an article in homepage. When I opened the homepage in wordpress editor, I’m surprised to see that it has only the below texts:

    testt

And it is published. So how can they have a big article in homepage on live site. I know am missing something basic here. Can someone help me, please?

if the site has a static front page set under dashboard – setings – reading, check if and what page template the page is using, under ‘page attributes’ on the right column of the ‘edit page’ admin page.

Hi Alchymyth, thanks for replying. It’s given as default template only. Should I look for something else?
