Homepage additions

    Looking to do 2 things on the Homepage

    1. I have a sticky post right now but would like to have just a header banner at the top that I can put some text in. I would like to to run full width

    2. Would like the post on the page to be randomized rather than based on date order. I have seen some random post plugins but they seemed to be geared to the sidebar widget only. I want posts on the home page to be random.
