    The ‘author meta data’ section has moved to SEO->Social.

    Whether you see the ‘homepage’ section depends on whether you’ve set a page or last posts as your homepage on Settings->Reading. By the looks of it, you’ve set a page as your homepage and the plugin tells you exactly where you can adjust the title and meta description for it.

    Yes! Thank you. Can you set separate ones for each author also?

    Users can update their profiles with things like their Twitter name and the WP SEO plugin will use that information.
