Home Page URL contains “Home” in URL

Hi, first of all thank you so much for such great plugin. I have made a page with title “Home” and I have used it as my home page. In permalinks I have changed the settings to use “post name”. When I access my domain “http://www.jailsurvivor.com” the landing page shows as home page but the issue is that Url changes to “http://www.jailsurvivor.com/home” I want to see only domain name not the word “home” at the end.
